Your import-export questions
An import is not just transport and customs clearance. Product, origin, documents, regulations and logistics organization can change the steps to plan.
Find answers to the most common questions here. For an answer tailored to your operation, send us the first details of your project.
Starting my project
Yes. Every project starts with a discussion about your product, its origin, the intended supplier, quantities and your objectives. We then analyze the elements needed to study your file before indicating the steps, documents and costs to anticipate.
We can review your product before purchase: description, composition, usage, photos and technical sheets if available. This helps identify any regulatory requirements, authorizations or controls before committing your order or payment to the supplier.
Documents depend on the file, but generally include the pro forma invoice, packing list, supplier information and the origin of the goods. Other documents may be required depending on the product and the customs regime considered.
It depends on the nature and volume of the planned operation. Some personal projects can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Describe your situation and product so we can indicate the possible options.
Yes, we can support a company that does not yet have PortNet access (Morocco's foreign trade formalities platform), as well as with certain procedures related to its operations, subject to prior validation of your file.
Depending on your file, we can support the preparation of PortNet procedures related to your operation, in coordination with your company's information and documents. Each situation is reviewed before any procedure is initiated on your behalf.
Describe your project via our form or on WhatsApp: product, supplier if identified, origin, quantities and progress stage. We then study the necessary elements before indicating the next steps for your file.

Study my projectSourcing and suppliers
Yes, depending on your file. We can search and compare suppliers, study prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead times and payment terms, and identify vigilance points. Each proposed supplier must be verified before any order or financial commitment.
Yes. Send us your Excel or CSV file with descriptions, quantities, prices, country of manufacture, supplier HS Code if available, photos and technical sheets. The review can be more in-depth when many product families are mixed.

Study my sourcingCustoms and compliance
Customs classification is studied from the actual nature of the product: description, composition, usage, photos and technical sheets. The HS Code indicated by the supplier is an indication, but does not automatically apply in Morocco.
An estimate requires the customs classification, origin, value, transport mode and the regime considered. We do not publish general rates: each estimate is based on the precise characteristics of your product.
No, not automatically. A distinction must be made between the country of provenance, the country of manufacture and the preferential origin. A tariff advantage depends on the actual conditions of the applicable agreement and the available supporting documents.
The EUR.1 certificate can help justify preferential origin when the conditions of the applicable agreement are actually met. It does not automatically guarantee an exemption and must be obtained from the seller and the relevant authorities.
It depends on the exact characteristics of the product. We verify the applicable requirements based on its nature, usage and composition, to identify any relevant authorizations, standards or controls before your import.
We can review this type of file, but the situation of the manufacturer, product, establishment and available documents must first be verified. We then define the possible support based on the applicable requirements.
We can review this type of file, but our intervention depends on the customs situation, available documents, the nature of the goods and the progress of the procedure. Contact us quickly for an analysis.
